Happy New Year, 2021 gone – let’s plan for 2022

“We are the music makers,

I know, you know, we all know, 2021 and 2020 were not perfect for music industry cause many restrictions, no live gigs, no parties, not easy to meet and work together, no easy to travel. The biggest personal achievement of 2021 is definitely fact that I quit smoking and today it’s 1 year I didn’t have any cigarette or even vape. Things getting better slowly, step by step. I am happy I was able to put together few cover songs, I started UCHANSKI project and this will be my main focus in 2022 – we have already 4 songs for this album and after short break we are back to work with Dave Bo and Pesho. Definitely will keep delivering some remakes under TIMO HIGGS name (“Sekele” cover is almost ready). SHINDWE will finally has it’s first official release.

I was also lucky enough to join Raffles The Palm as a in-house DJ and music curator, definitely highlight of 2021. I am glad I can be part of this amazing process and I work with such amazing, extremely talented musicians. it’s great motivation and I can learn from them every day.

My very long “to do” list is mostly “classified” – it’s better to keep private things private and share some positive news when things are done. Stay. tuned!
